ALFA Skogsservice is looking for 2 teams of experienced brushers/clearers for projects in northern Sweden.

We are currently looking for several teams of experienced brushers/clearers for the 2026 season, with the possibility of continuing our collaboration for several years. We have several interesting projects for various clients in Norrland, so we are looking for stable teams who want to work in a long-term and sustainable manner, focusing on quality and satisfied customers. We can offer seasonal employment or permanent positions. Stability, long-term commitment, and loyalty to the company are highly valued traits.

In addition to brushing/clearing, we also work with felling, site preparation, edge tree felling, game damage treatment, nature reserve interventions, biomass extraction, tract planning, etc.

Conditions:

• Salary is based on collective agreement with possibility of piece-rate/premium.
• Holiday pay 13% of gross salary (or holiday salary in permanent employment).
• ATK (Working Time Account) 3.92% of gross salary.
• Travel time compensation for commuting 10.49 SEK per mile according to the current collective agreement.
• Sick pay in case of illness and accidents.
• Holiday pay for public holidays.
• Per diem for work ordered at a location other than the base of operations.
• Compensation for work ordered during inconvenient hours (OB supplement).
• Compensation for work ordered beyond regular working hours (ÖB supplement).
• Monthly pension premium contribution via FORA.
• Supplement for team leader up to 2,000 SEK per month.
• Supplement for administrative work up to 1,000 SEK per month.
• Supplement for responsible driver up to 1,000 SEK per month.
• Possibility of higher hourly wage for specialist competence or longer experience.
• Possibility for education and further development.
• Possibility for Swedish lessons during paid working hours.
• We provide all work equipment, protective clothing, work vehicles, IT equipment.

Requirements:

• Documented experience with forestry care work (brushing/clearing) in Sweden.
• At least one person in the team speaks Swedish, English, or Polish.
• At least two people in the team have a driver's license.
• At least one person in the team has good computer skills.
• Stability, long-term commitment, loyalty to the company.

Merits:

• Skötselskolan (Forestry Management School certificate).
• Brush saw license RA+RB.
• Chainsaw license.
• ESA-clearing.
• First aid or CPR training.
• Experience operating machinery/tractor/forestry machine.
• Other relevant education.
