Your future workplace
We are looking for a forestry consultant with advanced cultural heritage competence and good knowledge of practical forestry.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include serving as a regional resource for several of our operations, such as supervision, advisory services, and project work. A significant part of your work will also involve conducting inventories regarding protection and cultural heritage, so-called HK-inventories.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have good knowledge of the cultural environments in forest landscapes. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for the position. Experience in training in SYN's courses on nature and cultural heritage protection, or similar, as well as professional pedagogical competence, is meritorious.
You should have a university or college degree with a focus on archaeology or cultural heritage management and good knowledge of forestry. Alternatively, forestry education with high knowledge within cultural heritage management is required.

As a person, you should be proactive, service-oriented, and have good teamwork skills. You should also be able to express yourself well in speech and writing and be able to meet and dialogue with people in various situations in an uncomplicated manner.
The person we are looking for is responsible and able to work independently towards set goals in a structured manner.
A Category B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement. Business travel within the South region will occur.
What we offer you
We offer a permanent position at 100%, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
You will belong to the Kalmar or Kronoberg district and be located at one of these district offices.
