Primary care consists of 21 publicly run health centers, 1177, primary care rehab, Family Health, and "One Way In" for children and young people with mental health issues. We are a constantly developing operation, with the goal of being close to the resident of Kronoberg – throughout their entire life. Our mission is to create good conditions for our patients – so that the residents of Kronoberg receive the right care and treatment, at the right time, from the best possible competence.

At Ingelstad Health Center, we offer broad and cohesive care, with the patient in focus, providing high accessibility for our 5,200 registered patients. We work with continuity and accessibility as our key words and strive to create secure care relationships.

We are a small work group of 15 people, a great team working together to create a positive work environment through job satisfaction and development. We are keen on training new colleagues in all professions and share our knowledge to learn from each other.

We are now looking for two committed and skilled nurses or district nurses who want to work with us on a temporary assignment for approximately one year.

Job Duties

In the role of nurse or district nurse, you work with standard tasks within primary care. This includes, among other things, telephone counseling, your own reception, and health-promoting and preventive work. You also work with patient education, wound care, and sample collection.

You meet patients in different situations and contribute with your competence in both planned and acute care contacts.

There is also the possibility to work at our emergency doctor center during evenings and weekends. Introduction is offered so that you feel secure in your work, and the task is shared with several colleagues.

As a small health center, we depend on good cooperation, flexibility, and trust in each other – something that is particularly important during a temporary assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Experience from primary care and diabetes care is an advantage.
• Have a committed and empathetic approach and a genuine interest in meeting people in different life situations.
• Are flexible, take responsibility, and enjoy collaborating and contributing where needed.

Employment Terms

• Salary form: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
• Duration: 6 months or longer, start: By agreement, end: 2027-10-31.
• Working hours: Daytime.
