About the role

As a Coordinator at Taysta, you are a key part of the customer experience. You are responsible for customer service via the reception, phone, email, and social media, as well as assisting both private individuals and businesses with bookings and inquiries.

The role is broad and varied. You manage events and bookings on Taysta.se, help our partners create and update events and product pages, and work with content in the form of texts, images, and simple video editing. You also participate in our marketing activities and contribute to developing our presence on social media.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has a professional demeanor. You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service via phone, email, reception, and social media.
  • Administration of bookings and events.
  • Copywriting for the website, articles, and social media.
  • Publishing and updating content on the website.
  • Marketing and communication.
  • Supporting partners in creating event and product pages.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits

  • Education in food and beverage.
  • Experience from the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Experience in copywriting or digital marketing.
