Our client participates as a logistics provider in one of the major projects in Luleå and the surrounding area. We are now looking for a Traffic/Logistics Planner who wants to help create efficient logistics flows in an international and fast-paced project environment.

We are looking for you who are solution-oriented, structured, and thrive on coordinating transports, material flows, and people in a complex project. You can be experienced in logistics and transport planning or at the beginning of your career with the right drive and ambition to develop.

About the role

As a Traffic/Logistics Planner, you will have a central role in the daily logistics of the project. You will work closely with transporters, site management, and other functions on the construction site to ensure efficient and safe deliveries.

Example of tasks

• Traffic management and transport planning
• Coordination of deliveries and transports
• Daily control of material flows on the site
• Receiving and coordinating goods and loads
• Scheduling and follow-up of deliveries
• Coordination between warehouse, intermediate storage, and site
• Administrative and operational logistics tasks
• Contact with drivers, suppliers, and project organization

The work combines practical problem-solving with coordination and planning in a large international project.

Qualifications

Previous experience in any of the following areas is advantageous:

• Transport or traffic planning
• Logistics and material handling
• Warehouse or terminal work
• Construction site logistics
• Coordination or production planning
• Industrial projects or contracting activities

You can also be a recent graduate or about to graduate in logistics, production economics, or engineering with the ambition to grow into the role.
