DenBro Omsorg is hiring staff for our Youth Residence in Värends Nöbbele

Relevant education is a requirement.

Experience in providing care and pedagogical support to our target group is required.

A driver's license and access to a personal car are required to commute to the workplace.

You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in written social documentation.

We are preparing to welcome another youth to our residence and are therefore looking for more employees!

To fit in with us, you should have a big heart, good competence, and experience working with children and young people with disabilities.

You will be working at our residence in Värends Nöbbele. The position is 80%, but we try to be flexible based on your preferences. The start date is by agreement.

There are currently 5 youths living at our residence. The youths who come to us need a lot of support, care, and assistance. They need kind adults who can meet them with care, competence, playfulness, and warmth.

You who will work with us need to have some form of pedagogical or behavioral science education, or care and assistance training. We want you to have experience working with children and young people who are somatically ill and have physical and intellectual disabilities. We also want you to have good knowledge of LAB (Language as a Basis for Development), TAKK (Total Communication), and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). You should be familiar with various pedagogical supports and aids that can make daily life easier for our young people. You should be accustomed to documenting in social journals and working with implementation plans.

Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

The residence is located at Almqvists Väg 15A in Värends Nöbbele, approximately 20 minutes outside of Växjö. A driver's license is required to commute to the workplace.
