About the role
As a forklift driver, you are responsible for ensuring smooth material flows, from delivery to production. You will work with loading, unloading, material handling, and warehouse operations in large-scale flows. The work takes place at a high pace where safety is always the top priority. You will become part of a team that collaborates closely, supports each other, and constantly strives to improve working methods and processes.

Here, ideas and initiatives are valued, regardless of where they come from in the organization – and you will have the opportunity to influence both working methods and results. Additionally, there are good opportunities for development for those who wish to take the next step in their career.

The position is full-time and involves a 6-month fixed-term employment where you will work either continuously during day shifts or continuously during evening shifts. The expected start date is between week 34–41. Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the summer and autumn.

A typical day in the role of a forklift driver
As a forklift driver, you start the day together with your colleagues, reviewing the day's deliveries and priorities. During your shift, you drive the forklift and ensure that the right materials are in the right place at the right time. This may involve unloading incoming goods, replenishing the production line, or organizing the warehouse for a more efficient flow. The pace can be high at times – but you remain calm, work safely, and know that you always have your team close by. You communicate, help each other, and solve challenges together. When the day is over, you have been a crucial part of ensuring that production could run smoothly without interruptions.

About you
You are responsible, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role that combines independent work with warehouse tasks. You may have experience as a forklift driver – or you might be ready to grow further in this role. The most important thing for us is your attitude, your willingness to contribute, and your ability to collaborate.

We know that competence can look different, and we welcome different backgrounds and work-life experiences. Perhaps you haven't seen yourself in this type of role before, but feel that it suits you? Then we encourage you to apply. At Adecco, we value equality and diversity and actively work for an inclusive labor market. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences, placing great emphasis on personal suitability.

A background check will be conducted on all final candidates in the recruitment process.
