Operations Coordinator

Do you want a role where you combine leadership, planning, and operational responsibility in a business that contributes to a more sustainable society? We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator for a socially important business within sustainable service services in Småland.

In this role, you will have a central function in daily operations, working closely with both operational functions and management. You will become an important part of creating structure, efficiency, and good communication within the business.

About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves both operational and administrative work where you plan, follow up, and support the business in its daily tasks.

You will work in an environment where the pace is sometimes high, and the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and create clarity is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate daily operations
  • Support and guide staff in operational work
  • Ensure efficient working methods and good structure
  • Follow up on routines, deviations, and quality work
  • Maintain ongoing contact with internal and external partners
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the business
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to current guidelines and safety requirements

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a B and C driver's license
  • Has experience from the transport or logistics industry
  • Is used to working in a structured manner and making decisions in everyday life
  • Has good computer skills and can handle administrative tasks
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and has basic knowledge of English

It is an advantage if you have:

  • YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Post-secondary education in logistics, leadership, or a similar field
  • Experience from operation-intensive business
