We are now looking for a Operations Manager for Nordisk Återvinning, based in Borås, who wants to take responsibility for our operations in the region and simultaneously be a key figure in our continued development.

You will drive daily operations in Borås, Ulricehamn & Svenljunga and play a crucial role in launching our new establishment in Vårgårda, starting in January 2027. The role involves broad responsibility where you combine operational leadership with the development of working methods, structure, and teams.

We are looking for someone with experience from waste management contracts or similar operational environments, who thrives in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and lead change.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the contracts in Svenljunga, Tranemo, Mark, Bollebygd, Ulricehamn, Vårgårda & Herrljunga
• Budget and profit/loss responsibility
• Drive improvement and development work
• Occupational health and safety responsibility
• Personnel responsibility for transport managers and drivers
• Develop cooperation with clients and suppliers
• Ensure that contracts comply with requirements, agreements, and ISO standards

Experience:

• Industry experience
• Personnel management experience
• Budget and profit/loss responsibility
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of management systems and occupational health and safety work
