Maskin & Smide Lidhult AB is a growing contract manufacturer with eight employees and broad expertise in laser cutting, waterjet cutting, welding, press braking, and powder coating. We deliver complete solutions to industrial customers and collaborate with several major and well-known players in the market. We are now looking for an engaged welder who wants to become part of our team.

About the Role

The work consists mainly of MIG/MAG welding and assembly of various products and structures. We work with both small and large series as well as custom-made details, ensuring that no two days are alike.

You will work closely with colleagues across various parts of production and be involved in ensuring high quality all the way from drawing to finished product.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with MIG/MAG welding
• Can read and understand technical drawings
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily communication and handling of drawings and instructions
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Thrives with varied tasks
• Is a team player but can also work independently
• Has a practical and solution-oriented mindset

A forklift and overhead crane license, as well as experience from the manufacturing industry, are meritorious. However, we value the right attitude, commitment, and desire to develop above all else.
