About the Role
This is a temporary position of at least one year, starting August 1st. We hope to find someone who wants to grow with us – there are good opportunities for continuation after the temporary contract for the right person.

You will work as a warehouse associate at our e-commerce warehouse in Enköping, serving as the hub of daily operations – from receiving and registering deliveries to ensuring every package arrives on time and with the right quality. It is a varied role requiring high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize when things get busy.

We do not have a traditional warehouse manager; instead, the role of Operations Lead rotates weekly within the team. This means you will take real responsibility for daily operations, not just follow instructions.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, based on 07:00–16:00. Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs. Occasional weekend and evening work may also occur.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Receiving, registering, and restocking inventory
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Shipping booking and returns handling
• Customs documentation for Norway
• Contact with the Customer Happiness team for specific customer cases
• Inventory checks and ongoing warehouse organization
• Role as Operations Lead on a rotating weekly basis

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse work
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Proficient in administrative tasks
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
• Good physical fitness for an active workday

The Team
You will work on-site in Enköping together with 3–4 colleagues. Other team members work remotely from locations including Stockholm and Malmö. We meet regularly and have a strong team spirit.
