About the Role

We are looking for an experienced move-out cleaner who can work independently and maintain high quality without needing detailed supervision. You will clean apartments prior to inspections and move-ins, often following our 40-point checklist, ensuring every home is left in top condition.

You will travel between assignments in one of our company vehicles, so a valid driver's license is required.

Who We Are Looking For

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has experience with move-out cleaning and knows exactly what is required for an apartment to pass inspection.

• Experience in move-out cleaning – mandatory
• An eye for detail, as details make the overall impression
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented – you take responsibility and handle issues on-site
• High service level and friendly customer interaction
• Meticulous, responsible, and reliable
• Capable of working both independently and in a team

Requirements:

• Driver's License (Class B) – mandatory, as we provide company vehicles
• Cleaning experience, preferably in move-out cleaning
• Good physical fitness
• Basic Swedish for customer communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Eligibility for employment support via the Swedish Public Employment Service (e.g., wage subsidy, new start job, or similar) – this is a significant plus.
