We are currently seeking a cleaner on a three-month fixed-term contract. The Service Administration is Falun Municipality's provider of internal service and ancillary services according to a Facility Management (FM) concept, including local supply and management of most of the municipality's properties. The assignment is to support the municipality's various operations by providing appropriate and functional premises, tasty and nutritious meals, vehicles, and transport services, among other ancillary services. Falun Municipality is the leading public employer in the region for developing FM services and support based on BIM. This development takes place both in construction and management.

Those of us employed in facility cleaning work to ensure that our customers can visit clean and fresh premises every day. Within Falun Municipality, we want everyone to be able to support themselves on their salary, which is why we offer full-time employment to everyone. This means that our services often consist not only of cleaning work but also of simpler tasks in the kitchen, such as dishwashing.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you provide cleaning staff based on the needs of the operations. The work is carried out in the municipality's various premises, primarily in schools and preschools. But also in sports halls, activity houses, and various types of housing.

Simpler kitchen tasks may also be included in the role. A fixed-term contract with us can be an entry point into our operations and will give you extensive knowledge of our organization.

Qualifications

Requirements for the role:

• Cleaning education with professional certification or other equivalent education or several years of experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Basic IT skills are required to handle our ordering systems, email, smartphone, and personnel system, as well as to communicate via email with managers and colleagues
• Since part of the work involves being able to work according to a job description and to provide written and/or oral documentation yourself, good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required
• Category B driver's license and own car

Desirable Qualifications

• Good knowledge of floor care
• SRY or PRYL certified professional education for cleaners
• Knowledge of the quality measurement system INSTA 800

Terms of Employment

The position is a three-month fixed-term contract on a full-time basis, with the possibility of a lower percentage of full-time work within the framework of the full-time agreement. Start date by agreement. Working hours are scheduled during daytime Monday-Friday.
