Do you want to take the next step in production and combine your craftsmanship skills with responsibility for team and workflow? Enmalms Interiör is now looking for a Team Leader for their operations in Dala-Floda.

About the role

You work operationally in production while simultaneously having overall responsibility for ensuring smooth workflows – from planning to delivery. You lead the daily work in a small team and ensure that quality, pace, and structure meet the required standards. The role includes hands-on production work, where you prioritize, distribute tasks, and support colleagues where needed.

This is a broad role suited for someone who wants to take responsibility and help develop working methods in a company with short decision-making paths. The position is daytime-based and located in Dala-Floda. Start date is negotiable.

You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, lead others in daily tasks, and remain an active part of the production team. As a person, you are a team player with high work ethics – someone who gets things done and contributes to order and progress.

Required qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of CNC machining

• Experience with painting/spray painting

• Experience working in production with a focus on quality and delivery

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in team leadership or team responsibility

• Experience working in wood production or similar industries

• Technical understanding of machinery and production processes
