As a colleague is leaving, Hr Björkmans Entrémattor is seeking a new distribution colleague to join the team in Jönköping.

Role Description

As a distributor, you will be based at the Jönköping unit and responsible for ensuring that customers in Jönköping and the surrounding area receive world-class service and treatment. You will belong to a small team and work independently in your role as a distributor.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking up and delivering entrance mats to our customers.
• Planning and optimizing routes to ensure efficient work.
• Identifying and creating opportunities for upselling.
• Warehouse management (sorting and packing of mats).
• Maintenance and care of the distribution vehicle.
• Assisting with distribution in the Gothenburg region when needed.

The role involves daily customer contact, and you will also have close dialogue with production and customer service in Malmö, informing them of changes and deviations. The work is physically demanding and requires you to be in good physical condition.

You will become part of an experienced team and have access to the equipment and knowledge needed to perform the job to the best of your ability. The position begins with an introduction where you will learn more about the company and the tasks, with the opportunity to ride along and work with experienced staff.

The position is to be filled in August and is full-time. Working hours are 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a service role with significant responsibility and independent work. You are service-oriented, enjoy meeting customers, and understand the importance of good customer treatment and service. Interest or aptitude for sales is a plus.

We prefer that you have a couple of years of work experience, preferably in physically demanding work, where you have taken responsibility for your tasks. A manual B-driver's license is a requirement for the position, as well as good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as communication internally and with customers takes place in Swedish.

As a person, you are orderly, self-motivated, reliable, and responsible. You have a high work ethic and are willing to take on the tasks required to get the job done and keep customers satisfied. You have a positive attitude, are solution-focused and communicative, and can handle stressful situations and time pressure. The ability to collaborate and handle changes is also important in this role.
