About the role

We are currently looking for dedicated and versatile caretakers for exciting assignments at schools around Stockholm. As a caretaker, you will be a key person in creating a safe, secure, and well-functioning environment for both students and teachers. We offer flexible employment options, with opportunities for both fixed-term assignments and permanent positions.

Main responsibilities

• Daily building maintenance and minor repairs in school facilities.
• Handling fault reports, repairs, and patrolling school grounds.
• Management of access cards, alarms, and key systems.
• Participation in the school's systematic fire safety work (SBA).
• Practical support during furnishing, moving, and school assemblies.
• Collaboration with external technicians and property owners.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in building maintenance, craftsmanship, or practical service work.
• Has basic technical understanding and good practical manual skills.
• Speaks and writes Swedish well for internal and external communication.
• Is service-oriented, flexible, and has a good attitude towards children and young people.
• Enjoys moving between different workplaces and environments.
• Has a valid B-driver's license (we provide a service vehicle).
