Do you want to work with one of the world's strongest brands and have a key role within service, spare parts, and logistics?
Zeppelin is now looking for an employee for our operations in Umeå. Here, you will have a varied role where customer service, spare parts management, warehouse administration, and collaboration with the workshop and field service are at the center.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical and service-oriented environment, has an interest in technology, and wants to ensure that the right spare part is in the right place at the right time.
About the role
As a Spare Parts Salesperson, you are responsible for the sale, ordering, and handling of spare parts, as well as ensuring an efficient material flow to the workshop, field service, and customers. You will become a key contact point between customers, suppliers, and service technicians.
The work involves both customer contact and administrative tasks where structure, service, and quality are crucial for success. You are responsible for keeping the warehouse well-organized with good order and structure to ensure an efficient workflow.
Examples of tasks:
- Sale and ordering of spare parts.
- Customer service and advice via phone, email, and over the counter.
- Receiving, registering, and warehousing incoming goods.
- Handling inbound and outbound deliveries as well as loading and unloading.
- Warehouse management, inventory, and follow-up of outstanding deliveries.
- Close collaboration with the workshop, service management, and suppliers.
- Ensuring order, structure, and high service level.
- Contribute to improvement work and actively participate in occupational health and safety work.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a high school education or equivalent competence.
- Has good computer skills.
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
- Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, spare parts, or workshop-related work is an advantage, or alternatively, a strong technical interest.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are a service-oriented and solution-focused person who enjoys helping both customers and colleagues. You work carefully and systematically, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your work forward independently. At the same time, you are flexible and have the ability to prioritize and adapt when the workload varies. You value collaboration, contribute to a positive team spirit, and see the value in reaching common goals together. Additionally, you have a genuine interest in technology and are motivated by creating value for both customers and the business.
