Are you an engaged and responsible person who loves working with young children?

An international family in Stockholm is now looking for a full-time nanny starting in early August. The family consists of two parents and two children – a baby and an older sibling. One parent is Swedish and the other is English-speaking, which means the children are growing up in a bilingual environment where both Swedish and English are used daily.

This is a role where you work together with one of the parents, who will be home for most of the working day. You will help each other in daily life by, for example, taking care of one child each or relieving each other when needed. This role is therefore suitable for you who enjoy collaborating, following routines, and being an important part of the family's daily life.

About the position:

• Full-time, approx. 45 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
• Start in early August
• Live-out (not residing with the family)

Responsibilities:

• Care for the family's baby and older child together with the parent
• Walks with the stroller
• Play, crafts, and creative activities adapted to the children's age
• Reading books and stimulating the children's language development
• Help with meals and simple cooking
• Light household chores related to the family's daily life
• Contribute to keeping the home clean, organized, and pleasant

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience with both babies and toddlers
• Has Swedish as their native language
• Speaks fluent English and can communicate with both parents
• Is attentive, follows instructions and routines
• Is creative and enjoys coming up with fun and developmental activities
• Can help with simple cooking

The family is primarily looking for the right personality – a positive, energetic, and thoughtful person who enjoys being a natural part of the family's daily life.
