About us

At Grimaskolan, approximately 470 students attend grades 6–9. The school consists of 17 classes, including our adapted primary school with approximately 20 students. We work in closely collaborating work teams divided by grade level, as well as a dedicated work team for the adapted primary school. Each student has access to their own computer, but we generally use more and more analog books in all subjects. In many subjects, there is teaching material both digital and analog. We are located in eastern Upplands Väsby, surrounded by beautiful nature and close to a rich selection of leisure activities and associations.

About the position

The position is a permanent employment and involves teaching in SvA for approximately 70 percent and Swedish for approximately 30 percent. The teaching in SvA involves a small teaching group in each grade from 6 to 9. The position also includes mentorship for a group of students in grade 7, as well as a Swedish class in grade 7. The percentages may change slightly depending on the need. You will also teach the students in SVEN in some grade level where you will be the teaching teacher in Swedish.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have teacher certification to teach in SV/SvA. It is meritorious if you have experience teaching in lower secondary school.
