Job Description

Standard duties for a student assistant based on the students' needs. You will support the students both during school hours and after-school care hours, which implies work according to a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday. Work within our entire operation will be included, including the municipal resource school and adapted primary school.

Together with the work team, you work to create a safe and inclusive environment where every student is given the opportunity to learn, feel good, thrive, succeed, and build relationships with others, based on our guiding documents.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a strong sense of responsibility, are meticulous, flexible, and have a good ability to cooperate and collaborate. You understand the importance of good relationships, communicate easily, and enjoy working with children and their guardians.

You are trained as a student assistant and can provide proof of this training. You have experience working with students with various disabilities, such as intellectual disabilities, autism, ADHD, ADD, physical disabilities, etc.

You speak, write, and understand fluent Swedish. You have very good references from working with students with various disabilities. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the Position
