We are currently looking for experienced property technicians for a short-term consulting assignment in Uppsala. The assignment starts immediately and runs until August 31st.

About the role As a property technician, you are responsible for the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of properties. The tasks include troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing within plumbing, electrical systems, and white goods. You work to ensure that the properties function efficiently and that tenants have a safe and well-functioning living or working environment.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a property technician or in a similar role.

• Has good knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and white goods.

• Has documented competence in electrical systems and white goods.

• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.

• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a professional attitude.
