We are looking for a new colleague for our customer reception

For a short-term assignment, we are looking for a customer receptionist with a strong focus on spare parts for our facility in Karlskrona. We need someone who can quickly get up to speed and take responsibility for customer reception, warehouse management, and our shop.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily contact with mechanics and customers regarding spare parts.
• Maintaining order and organization in the warehouse.
• Retail sales.
• Administrative tasks and invoicing.

This is a varied and important role where you will become a central part of our service to both customers and colleagues.

About you

We prefer that you have experience in similar work. A background in Volvo and heavy vehicles is considered an asset.

You are proficient with computer systems and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The role requires business acumen, a high level of customer service orientation, and a solution-oriented approach to daily situations. You are a problem solver, have a knack for organization, and prioritize the customer in all situations.

A driver's license with category B is required. A driver's license with category C and a forklift license are considered assets.
