Operators and Forklift/Overhead Crane Operators for Future Assignments in Olofström

About the Role

In these roles, you are a vital part of the production operations. You work together with your colleagues in a team with shared responsibility for quality, safety, and ensuring deliveries are made according to plan. Tasks may vary depending on the needs of the assignment, which means we value flexibility regarding both duties and shift patterns. Working hours are based on a 2-shift system; night shifts may occur in some cases.

Formal Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we require that you have:

• A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car to commute to assignments
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Approved high school grades in:
  • Mathematics A/1
  • Swedish/Swedish as a Second Language A/1
  • English A/5
  • Social Studies A/1

For forklift operators, the following is required:

• Forklift license D2 (not older than five years). A Category B driver's license is also required to operate forklifts for the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education
• Overhead crane license (not older than five years)
• Previous experience in production work
• Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
• Initiative in a changing industrial environment
• Personal drive, engagement, and flexibility
