Your new job

The main tasks are to plan, conduct, document, and evaluate the pedagogical education in accordance with the preschool curriculum. You will work together with competent and engaged colleagues to create a educational, safe, and joyful existence for all children.

We offer good conditions to carry out our pedagogical mission through regular opportunities for reflection and discussion. We use Unikum as a tool for pedagogical documentation, systematic quality work, and in communication with guardians.

Your profile

We see that you have the ability to create engagement and joy in work. You have well-developed leadership skills and are not afraid to take responsibility for both your immediate work group and the whole.

It is an advantage if you have experience working thematically. You have a professional approach and are easy to collaborate with by taking advantage of the challenges that exist in that we are all different.

You want and can work with both younger and older children.

You are a certified preschool teacher.

Terms of employment

For this role, the starting salary is normally around 38,000 SEK depending on experience and competence. In some cases, more senior candidates may be offered a higher salary within the role's total range.

It is our collective agreement that regulates the terms of employment such as salary, working hours, benefits, and other perks within the sector.
