About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in is a logistics center where customers pick up most of the heavier building and wood materials.

Example of typical tasks

• Handle daily operations, including unloading incoming goods
• Control and replenishment of goods
• Advice and sales of building and wood materials to customers
• Administer and pick customer orders
• Be helpful in other departments if needed

Your profile

• Upper secondary education or equivalent, plus experience in retail.
• Experience in selling building materials
• Stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating.
• We value good orderliness and expect you to have a naturally outgoing work style.
• Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service.
• Help customers realize their projects through professional advice on our wide product range.
• Class B driver's license is required.
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift are required.

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Part-time 30 hours/week. Scheduled working hours during days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
