At the Education Administration in Järfälla Municipality, approximately 3,100 employees work across our 39 preschools, 22 schools, upper secondary schools, adult education centers, and central administration. Tallbohovskolan has 400 students in grades Pre-K to 6. The schools are multicultural, and many families are bilingual or multilingual. The operations also include a municipal resource school and an adapted primary school.
We are now making a major investment in after-school care (fritids) and want to raise the qualification requirements for our after-school staff. Are you interested, engaged, and a responsible educator? We want to develop together with you and want after-school pedagogy to permeate the entire student's day, from early morning to late afternoon.

Planning and Working Hours:
All planning is scheduled for the mornings. We organize for both individual planning and planning together with other teachers in the after-school program. Once a week, everyone in the after-school program meets for a conference.
Our workplace meetings (APT) are held in the mornings every fourth week, and we take turns being outdoors with the students during that time.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
During your workday, you will work with the students' recesses, transitions, and how the after-school program can complement the students' entire day to ultimately contribute to increased goal achievement. In these positions, the main responsibility is to organize, lead, and evaluate the recess activities for primary school, adapted primary school, and the municipal resource school. In the afternoons, you are part of the after-school program.
Your main tasks:
- You have overall responsibility for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating a safe and stimulating recess activity.
- You participate in other after-school planning and activities.
- You lead teaching situations in the after-school program in the afternoons and set structure for the group's learning.
- You involve students in the design of their own recess and leisure time.
- You continuously plan, document, analyze, and develop our operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in the role, we see that you have a teaching license with eligibility to teach in after-school care (or have an older after-school pedagogy degree). We are looking for you who are characterized by great engagement and who fit the following:
