About the Workplace

The Child and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Board and the Primary School Board. The administration is responsible for preschool activities, school-age leisure care, primary school, and adapted primary school. Our most important task is to give all children and students in Huddinge the opportunity to develop to their full potential in a safe educational environment. Here, all our employees play an important role in the implementation.

Långsjöskolan is a primary school with approximately 360 students, from preschool class to grade 3. About 50 dedicated employees work at the school. Here, you get good conditions to succeed in your important task.

In the autumn term of 2022, Långsjöskolan moved into a new school building next to the Gömmaren Nature Reserve. Together with Skansbergsskolan (grades F-3) and Segeltorpsskolan (grades 4-9), Långsjöskolan forms the Segeltorp principal area, which creates good opportunities for cooperation and development.

About the Job

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach students in grades F-3 for a substitute position during the autumn term of 2026 (ht-26). We want you to be well acquainted with LGR22, and that you have experience teaching in the younger grades of school.

You need to have solid knowledge of how to best adapt the teaching so that each student, based on their conditions, succeeds in reaching as far as possible in their knowledge development.

You are flexible and have good cooperation skills, easily create good relationships and collaborate with students, guardians, the work team, the school's student health team, and school management.

You need to be a clear leader in the classroom and have the ability to create a working environment characterized by security, trust, and respect.

You see documentation and assessment of students' knowledge development as a natural part of your work. You have good ability for analysis and reflection and constantly develop your teaching.

We work with collegial learning, which means that you collaborate with colleagues to develop yourself and your teaching as well as the school's pedagogical work.

About You

We are looking for you who:

• Have a teaching license with qualification to teach in grades F-3
• Are a safe and clear leader in the classroom
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing
• Have good knowledge, understanding, and tools to meet students with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) and students in need of special support
• Have digital competence and can work in Google for Education
