Operator for manufacturing industry outside Växjö

We are now looking for an operator for our client, located approximately 2.5 miles outside Växjö, starting after the summer holiday.

About the position

Our client operates within the wood industry and manufactures products used in the construction and interior design sectors. As an operator, you will become an important part of the production and work to ensure an efficient flow through the manufacturing process.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervision and operation of production machines
• Setting and adjusting machines
• Quality control of finished products
• Material handling and replenishment of raw materials
• Simple maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Reporting and documentation according to company procedures

The position is based on permanent day shifts.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience from industrial or production work, preferably as an operator
• Are technically interested and have a good understanding of machines and production
• Are meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have a strong work ethic and want to contribute to a positive work environment

A forklift license is meritorious but not a requirement.
