Heidelberg Materials Betong Sverige AB is the market-leading manufacturer and supplier of factory-made concrete to both the construction industry and private individuals in Sweden. Do you want to help create the foundation for tomorrow's society?

We are now looking for a new Process Technician for the Gotland region, based primarily at our factory in Visby, but also in Slite. If you have experience in concrete production, the construction industry, and process-oriented work, as well as an interest in being part of an organization that contributes to digitalization and building for the future, this could be the role for you.

Main responsibilities and tasks as a Process Technician:

  • Work with the operation, production, cleaning, and control of concrete production according to current routines and guidelines.
  • Receive and handle orders.
  • Report deviations, incidents, and complaints.
  • Operate loaders, for example when filling pockets and receiving aggregate.
  • Perform sampling of aggregate and concrete at the production facility.
  • Conduct sampling at our customers' work sites.

Your background:

  • We prefer that you have completed upper secondary education.
  • You have good IT skills.
  • You are self-motivated and work in a structured manner.
  • You take responsibility for your tasks and actively contribute to the development of our production to become industry-leading.
  • You are stress-resistant and maintain calm and focus even during periods of high tempo.
  • It is meritorious if you have Class I or Class II training as well as experience in process control.
  • It is also meritorious if you have experience as a construction worker with a focus on concrete.
  • You are proficient in Swedish in speech and writing; knowledge of English is meritorious.
  • A driver's license (Category B) is required.
