About the role

As an electrician, you will work with the assembly of electrical components and electrical cabinets based on drawings and wiring diagrams. You will perform torque tightening of connections, screw joints, and crimping, as well as use crimping tools for various types of cable lugs. The role also involves testing and inspecting electrical products to ensure good functionality and quality. You will use measuring instruments and are responsible for documenting and reporting on completed work. You are expected to take significant personal responsibility and actively contribute to the development of routines, working methods, and standards together with your colleagues.

About you

We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded. You thrive in a practical and hands-on role but also have a sense for quality and safety. Good teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers are important. As a person, you are flexible and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, handle unexpected situations, and find effective solutions to meet customer needs. In this role, we expect you to have experience working with electrical assembly and possess a relevant electrical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent.

Formal requirements

• Upper secondary education or vocational training in electrical engineering

• Experience in assembling electrical components, electrical cabinets, and/or control cabinets

• Ability to read and understand drawings and wiring diagrams

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Merits

• Experience with testing/inspection of electrical products

• Experience working with torque tools, crimping tools, and cable lugs
