About the role

As a Cleaner, you are responsible for ensuring the client's premises are clean and fresh. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace to visit. The area contains several buildings conducting various types of operations. This ranges from office cleaning to workshop cleaning.

We are looking for two new full-time employees for our client, the Swedish Armed Forces, in Upplands-Bro, who can start working in August.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are self-reliant and service-oriented with an eye for detail. You should be responsible and proactive in the work you deliver. You should be quick to learn with a desire to develop in your role as a Cleaner. It is also important that you are attentive to the client's needs and suggest improvements if needed.

Since the client is a Swedish authority, whose needs may suddenly increase during periods due to exercises, changed security situations, and heightened readiness, it is important that you are stress-resistant and can adapt quickly to changing needs.

It is important that you are good at building new relationships with both clients and colleagues, as this is the foundation for delivering world-class service. In addition, you should have good collaboration skills as the work can be both individual and in groups.

You must be able to work in close proximity to dogs, as there are both service dogs and private dogs on the premises and in the buildings.

Requirements for the position

• Category B driver's license
• Fluent Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension
• Unhindered ability to work in close proximity to dogs.

About the Swedish Armed Forces

The Swedish Armed Forces is a Swedish authority responsible for the country's defense. You must be able to understand and communicate in Swedish both in writing and orally.
