We are looking for a new colleague for our SÄBO team at Kvarnliden

Kvarnliden is a special housing facility for people with dementia. The facility consists of 24 beds spread across two wards. At Kvarnliden, there is a common area where residents can eat meals, watch TV, listen to the radio, and socialize together. Our activation activities are located centrally in the building, offering various engagement opportunities.

Care and nursing at Kvarnliden are guided by a holistic perspective, focusing on the individual's entire life situation and factors that promote health.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you work from a person-centered perspective where the patient's needs, resources, and participation are at the center. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions within the municipality's area of responsibility. The role involves close collaboration with patients, relatives, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals to create a safe and cohesive care environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have a strong interest in working with people with dementia. You are confident in your professional role, able to plan and prioritize your work independently, have good communication skills, and collaborate easily.
