Knowledge requirements

• Licensed nurse with a few years of professional experience.
• Experience with telephone advice is meritorious.
• Experience with claims adjustment or conditional care/insurance is meritorious.
• Previous service work, preferably via telephone, is meritorious.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, as well as good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of English.

The work involves planning and coordinating care for our customers, as well as healthcare advice via telephone and digital channels.
