Knowledge requirements
- Licensed nurse with a few years of professional experience.
- Experience with telephone advice is meritorious.
- Experience with claims adjustment or conditional care/insurance is meritorious.
- Previous service work, preferably via telephone, is meritorious.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, as well as good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of English.
