About the job
Nordgårdens Bageri, a craft bakery with an attached shop and café, is looking for a trained and experienced baker to join our team in Billdal, just outside Gothenburg. We value quality, teamwork, and a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2–4 years of experience in a professional bakery.
- Experience with dough preparation, rolling, and laminated doughs.
- A valid driver's license (as shifts often start early in the morning).
About you
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and able to handle stress. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently. As a person, you are social and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.
