Are you a star in welding or ready to become one? ✨ At GLS Henjo in Ljungby, we are looking for dedicated welders and robot operators who want to join our growth journey.

About the Role

Our welding department consists of approximately 25 wonderful colleagues. We work in two shifts – mornings one week and afternoons the next. On the afternoon shift, you work only 4 days/week. Perfect for you who want a balance between work and leisure! 🌟

In this role, you will work with:

• Manual welding: Tacking, welding, and post-processing.
• Robot welding: Setup, operation, some programming, maintenance, and post-processing of welded parts.

Our modern machinery includes 13 welding booths and 6 welding robots (Yaskawa, Panasonic & ABB). Here you will find development opportunities and a team that always supports you. 🙌

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in manual or robot welding (welding certification according to SS EN 9606–1 is a plus – if you don't have it, we will help you!).
• Is eager to learn welding – we offer internal training for you with previous industrial experience.

You are a team player who enjoys working with precision and quality. Do you have a forklift or overhead crane license? Great, that’s a bonus! ✨
