As a Foreman for our blasting workshop, you are responsible for the daily operations of the business and ensure that work is planned, executed, and followed up in an efficient manner.

Your main tasks include:

• Responsibility for the daily operations of the blasting department
• Plan, distribute, and follow up on daily work
• Coordinate personnel, resources, and workflows to ensure high efficiency
• Support employees in practical work and contribute to a good working environment
• Ensure quality, deliveries, and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer contacts and provide support via phone and email
• Manage supplier contacts and purchasing
• Register, administer, and follow up on service cases from start to finish
• Create and manage quotes, orders, and invoices
• Work in CRM systems (HubSpot) and ensure correct documentation
• Provide support regarding software and technical solutions
• Participate in project planning, project management, and project follow-up
• Plan, prioritize, and report on your own work

• Has good technical understanding and a practical interest in technology and service
• Has experience leading, planning, or coordinating work in a workshop, service, or similar operation
• Is structured, responsible, and accustomed to prioritizing tasks
• Has good communication skills with customers, suppliers, and employees
• Thrives on taking initiative and driving work forward
• Is a team player who creates engagement and good collaboration within the team

Competencies

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, browsers, email, etc.)

Merits

• Experience with CRM systems and business systems
• Experience in technical service, troubleshooting, or repair
• Technical education or equivalent work experience
• Driver's license (Category C)
• Engineering degree or other relevant technical education
