Craftsman / Property Maintenance Worker

About the Role

As a craftsman at VINSAB, you will work with varied construction and maintenance tasks on properties. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Repair and maintenance of properties
• Construction and carpentry work
• Roof and facade work
• Assembly and disassembly
• Property management
• Facade, roof, and ground cleaning

The work is varied, and you will work both independently and together with colleagues on different types of projects.

The work can range from small construction jobs and repairs to maintenance of roofs, facades, and other property components.

Some tasks are performed at height using fall protection and lifts, so it is important that you are comfortable working at heights.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in construction, carpentry, or a similar craft trade
• Is hands-on and enjoys problem-solving
• Is responsible and detail-oriented
• Has good teamwork skills
• Thrives in physical work
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Does not have a fear of heights

Merits
