About the role

As Team Leader Housekeeping, you play a key role in the daily operations. You are responsible for leading and distributing work within the housekeeping department while ensuring that the hotel's quality standards are met. The role combines operational work with administrative tasks and requires strong skills in planning, organizing, and motivating staff. You will work closely with three colleagues to ensure efficient and smooth operations. The position involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team in daily tasks
• Ensure that hotel rooms and public areas are cleaned according to hotel standards
• Participate in cleaning duties when necessary
• Plan daily operations and distribute tasks
• Handle scheduling and offer shifts based on business needs
• Manage administrative tasks and work with various systems
• Monitor quality, routines, and work processes
• Introduce and train new employees

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel cleaning
• Experience in team leadership or a coordinating role
• Strong administrative skills and familiarity with digital systems
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work efficiently
• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
