We are looking for personal assistants for various assignments, including temporary and permanent positions, in Skövde, Falköping, and Hjo.

We are seeking someone who wants to be a support in everyday life to enhance quality of life in adulthood. Your role involves supporting and developing the user's independence and abilities, particularly for individuals with disabilities.

As a personal assistant, you provide support and help the user create security in their daily life. We appreciate if you are perceptive and curious, and that you possess a calm and patient demeanor. Experience in care and nursing, especially regarding autism and cognitive disabilities, is advantageous. We also value experience with low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy.

The most crucial aspect of the role is your commitment and genuine interest in contributing to an increased quality of life for the user in their daily routine.

Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. Start date for introduction is by agreement, preferably immediately.

Salary range: 140–170 SEK/hour
