We are looking for you who want to work with dairy cows and agriculture while also helping to train our high school students in practical work.

The main tasks consist of daily care of our dairy herd of 65 cows, as well as rearing young stock. Milking is done using robots.

The position also includes outdoor work, primarily in connection with harvesting and spring and autumn farming. You will also work with maintenance and minor repairs of machinery and equipment, both in the animal barns and on the farm. There is also a small sheep flock on the farm that is part of the operations.

As an instructor with us, you guide students through practical tasks on the farm and help them develop a good eye for animals, as well as safe handling skills when caring for and managing animals and machinery.

Skills and Education:

• Basic agricultural education or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways.
• Several years of experience in milk production, as well as some experience in crop cultivation and harvesting.
• Ability to instruct and mentor students.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs on the farm's machinery and equipment.
• Experience with tractor driving related to animal care, as well as experience driving during harvesting and similar tasks.
• Category B driver's license.

Preferred Education:

• EgenSe (robot milking) training.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Working hours and scope:

• Full-time or according to agreement.
• On-call duties and weekend work may occur.

Start date:

August 17, 2026, or according to agreement.
