About the role

You work operationally in production while having overall responsibility for ensuring the workflow runs smoothly – from planning to delivery. You lead the daily work in a small team and ensure that quality, pace, and structure are maintained at the right level. The role includes hands-on production work, where you prioritize, distribute tasks, and support colleagues where needed.

This is a broad role suited for someone who wants to take responsibility and help develop working methods in a company with short decision-making paths. The position is daytime-based and located in Dala-Floda. Start date is negotiable.

About you

You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, lead others in daily tasks, and remain an active part of the production. As a person, you are a team player with a strong work ethic – someone who makes things happen and contributes to order and progress.

Formal Competence

• Excellent knowledge of CNC machining
• Experience with painting/spray painting
• Experience working in production with a focus on quality and delivery

Merits

• Experience in team leadership or team responsibility
• Experience in wood production or similar fields
• Technical understanding of machinery and production
