About our operations The Civil South division works with earthworks, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects. We are approximately 300 dedicated employees divided into different production groups across our geography of Skåne and Halland. We value having our own skilled tradespeople who, together with site managers and foremen, drive our projects safely, efficiently, and successfully. A lot is happening in Halland right now, and the order intake is strong. Our projects range from large civil engineering projects to local framework agreements and smaller assignments. Our framework agreements are in full swing, while we are also preparing to start up a larger development area in Varberg and a reconstruction project of a waterworks in Vessigebro. While our local operations are delivering, NCC is also participating in the renewal of Svenska Kraftnät's 400 kV line through Halland. The position of Road and Civil Engineering Worker As a civil engineering worker with us, you will work in various projects within earthworks, civil engineering, and infrastructure, which primarily involves work with water and sewage (VA), development, foundation laying, and/or fine grading. The tasks vary and are performed both independently and in small or large teams. Your profile We are looking for you who have several years of experience in a broad range of earthworks and civil engineering, and/or in piping/water and sewage (VA). A vocational certificate as a Road and Civil Engineering Worker is meritorious but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You like working together with others but can also work independently when required. You have good communication skills and master Swedish in both speech and writing. Additional information The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period. The work area is Halland and surrounding areas.
