Team Leader with experience and knowledge

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible person who wants to become part of our team!

Daily visits to various locations and clients.
Ability to lead tasks such as window cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, etc.
Conduct quality checks and participate in client meetings.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure high quality.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and good driving skills.
Can speak, understand, and write Swedish fluently.
Is meticulous, service-oriented, self-driven, and has an eye for service and, above all, quality.
Is knowledgeable in most cleaning tasks such as floor care, window cleaning, deep cleaning, etc.
Thrives in working at different times and locations.
Has good communication skills.
Has experience in similar work, which is a requirement.
