About the role
Amrox Group develops, produces, and sells products to both professionals and private individuals within the construction sector. This is more than a traditional warehouse job; Amrox Group is looking for you who want to take responsibility, contribute with improvements, and grow in the role over time. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop and take greater responsibility within logistics, planning, and warehouse management. At Amrox Group, the warehouse is the heart of the operation – this is where delivery precision, quality, and customer satisfaction are determined.
In the role, you will have a varied daily routine and divide your time between working on the warehouse floor and in the office. You will work physically with goods handling as well as handle tasks such as customer calls and booking transport. You will be welcomed into an open work environment where you will receive a thorough introduction and support from colleagues.
What you are offered:
- A varied role with the opportunity to influence and develop internally.
- A pleasant workplace in Kungsängen, with a focus on collaboration and engagement.
- A job where your contribution makes a difference for both the team and Amrox Group's customers.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing of customer orders
- Receiving and checking goods
- Good phone etiquette, as calls to contractors, suppliers, and customers occur daily.
- Booking transport
- Ensuring deliveries are made correctly and on time
- Inventories and warehouse management
- Contribute to order, structure, and improved work routines
- Support production and other parts of the business as needed
- Support our customer calls as needed
We are looking for you who have
- Experience in warehouse work, especially within inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Good familiarity with business or warehouse management systems
- Understanding of logistics flows and warehouse structure
- Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Physical ability to handle warehouse work
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
It is an advantage if you have:
- Category B driver's license and access to your own car (as this facilitates the commute)
- Experience with the business system Pyramid
- Have a forklift license
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
- Structured and orderly: The warehouse is the hub in Amrox Group's flow. Through your diligence, you ensure high delivery precision and quality at every stage. You work methodically and ensure that inventory records are always up to date.
- Responsible and quality-conscious: You have an eye for detail and never compromise on quality. You understand how your work affects production, purchasing, and customer service, and you communicate clearly in case of any deviations.
- Initiative-taking and solution-oriented: You do not wait to be told what to do but see what needs to be done and act. You actively contribute to creating a warehouse where order, structure, and clear flows are a matter of course.
