Breeding Advisor with Sales Interest in Ingelstad

With us, you have the chance to find a fun and developmental job! We are looking for someone who enjoys and wants to work with breeding, cows, advisory services, and sales. Is that you? Apply today!

The focus of the role is partly breeding advisory services for our existing and new customers, and partly finding and developing new customers. You have a local team to lean on, but we expect you to take initiative, have a sense of order and structure, and be able to work independently.

We sell VikingGenetics breeding material and advisory services to our customers. If you join us, you will be part of developing the sustainable cows of the future and working to develop Swedish animal production in close collaboration with farmers and our other advisors.

We are looking for you who

  • Are a farmer, agronomist, hold a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, are an agricultural technician, or have gained experience in breeding and animal production in other ways.
  • Have an interest in sales and problem-solving on farms.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B).

We place great emphasis on your personal drive and are looking for people with high engagement and the ability to meet people. As a person, you are open and receptive with a clear business, customer, and solution focus. You easily build good relationships and enjoy collaborating in teams.

It is an extra plus if you have

  • Practical experience from farming or animal production.

Full-time position located at Växa's operational site in Ingelstad.
