About Us

Visby Antenn AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cellmax Technologies and is responsible for the assembly of the antennas. As we continue to grow, we are now building a modern production facility in Visby, where we – in addition to current assembly operations – will bring in-house the manufacturing of selected process steps.

Your Role

As a Machine Operator with us, you will become a key person in production. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machines and ensuring that production maintains the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Machine Operation: Setting up, calibrating, and running machines for punching, cutting, bending, threading, friction welding, and grading.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that every product meets our high standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Keeping accurate records of production, maintenance, and any deviations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and R&D to improve processes and solve challenges.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good technical understanding and experience with machines and mechanical systems.
• Is detail-oriented and precise – precision is crucial for us.
• Thrives in an active work environment.
• Is a problem solver who enjoys taking responsibility and finding solutions.
• Experience with CAM programming is a big plus.
