We are looking for an experienced and engaged Production Manager for an established bakery and confectionery business. You will have a central role with full operational responsibility for production and become a key person in ensuring high quality, efficient operations, and continued development of the business.

This role suits you if you combine strong leadership skills with solid craft knowledge in both baking and confectionery.

As Production Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of production. Your main tasks include:

• Planning and leading daily production within bakery and confectionery.
• Production planning and staffing based on orders and seasonal variations.
• Personnel responsibility for a production team of approximately 8 employees.
• Purchasing and contact with suppliers.
• Ensuring high and consistent quality as well as compliance with recipes and production standards.
• Development of new products and further development of the existing range.
• Operational support in production and other departments as needed.

• Practical competence in both baking and confectionery through education or equivalent work experience.
• Experience from a leading production role within a bakery and confectionery business.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
• Ability to work early morning shifts and some weekends as needed.

• Experience in process improvements and streamlining production flows.
• Experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and production monitoring.
