W5 Solutions is a Swedish technology company that develops and delivers high-quality systems and solutions to the defense and security sector. The company is in a strong growth phase and is now looking for a Warehouse Team Lead for its operations in Solna.

As Warehouse Team Lead, you play a key role in leading and developing the daily warehouse operations. You combine operational work with responsibility for structuring, optimizing, and ensuring high quality in warehouse and logistics flows.

This role is ideal for someone currently working operationally within warehousing/logistics who has a natural drive to take responsibility, create structure, and support others—even if you haven't held a formal leadership position before.

You will work closely with production, purchasing, and order management, serving as a natural coordination point within the business.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse operations, including:

• Distributing and prioritizing daily tasks within the warehouse
• Ensuring efficient and accurate material and goods flows
• Receiving, registering, and storing incoming materials
• Picking, packing, and preparing deliveries
• Handling customer deliveries and freight bookings
• Ensuring correct handling of customs documentation and exports
• Working in business systems and ensuring accurate inventory status
• Leading and participating in stocktakes and improvement initiatives within logistics flows
• Contributing to the development of methods, routines, and structure in the warehouse

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working within warehousing/logistics
• Experience taking responsibility in daily work, such as supporting colleagues, onboarding new employees, or driving work forward
• Natural leadership skills and a desire to develop in a more responsible role
• Good system proficiency and experience with business systems
• Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

It is particularly advantageous if you have:

• Experience from electronics, technology, or industrial companies
• Experience with exports, customs handling, and international transport
• Experience with the business system Monitor
