At Lernia, we are currently looking for a Construction Fitter for assignments in Saltsjö-Boo and the greater Stockholm area. The client offers comprehensive solutions in construction and fitting for both small and large projects. The company values quality, safety, and good customer contact, and maintains long-term relationships. The client specializes in comprehensive solutions for interior carpentry. Today, 15 people work at the company, and the employees have extensive experience in fitting, manufacturing, and construction. The position is initially a staffing assignment, with the intention of transitioning to direct employment with the client.

About the Role

As a Construction Fitter, you will perform fitting and installation work at construction sites in the Stockholm area. You will work in a team and report to the Project Manager. The work is physical and varied, involving both renovation and installation tasks.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing fitting of construction components according to drawings and work instructions
• Collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to maintain schedules
• Adhering to current occupational health and safety regulations
• Performing quality checks and reporting deviations
• Maintaining order and caring for tools and materials

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in fitting or construction work
• Knowledge of reading drawings and construction processes
• Relevant vocational training and at least 5 years of documented experience
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to follow control plans to ensure project quality standards are met
