As a sawmill operator, you will become an important part of the production and work to ensure a stable and efficient flow in the operations. The role is varied and combines process monitoring with practical work on-site.

Your tasks may include, among other things:

• monitoring and controlling parts of the production process

• operating forklifts, wheel loaders, or other machinery

• handling material flows and raw materials

• resolving minor operational disruptions

• performing minor maintenance and care of equipment

• contributing to order and cleanliness at the facility

• collaborating with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient production

The work is both independent and team-based, and you will have the opportunity to develop within several areas of the business.

The position is a permanent full-time role with shift work, located in Värö.

We are looking for you who thrive in a practical and varied role where you take responsibility and work close to production. You have an interest in technology, machinery, and industrial processes, and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner.

For this role, you need:

• to be at least 18 years old

• a valid B driver's license

• forklift certificates A and B

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• experience from industrial or production activities

• experience with machine operation, such as wheel loaders or forklifts

• good computer skills

• experience with shift work

As a person, you are responsible, engaged, and have a strong safety mindset. You enjoy collaborating with others, while also being able to work independently and take initiative when needed. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and the willingness to learn new things.
